Insurance
Little Moments Therapy is in-network with First Choice Health. Yvonne is currently in the credentialing process with Premera Blue Cross and is expected to be in-network effective on November 1, 2026. Check back for updates, or contact us to ask about current status.
For clients using out-of-network benefits, Yvonne provides a superbill after each session that you can submit directly to your insurance for reimbursement. Yvonne recommends contacting your insurance provider before your first session to inquire about their out-of-network mental health benefits and reimbursement rates.
Using insurance, including submitting a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, requires a mental health diagnosis, which is reported to your insurance company and becomes part of your medical record.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers are required to inform clients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance of their right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of expected charges.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute it. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
