Insurance
Yvonne is currently in the credentialing process with Premera Blue Cross and First Choice Health (Kaiser PPO). Check back for updates, or contact us to ask about current status.
For clients using out-of-network benefits, Yvonne provides a superbill after each session that you can submit directly to your insurance for reimbursement. Contact your insurance provider to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits before your first appointment.

Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers are required to inform clients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance of their right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of expected charges.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute it. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit cms.gov/nosurprises.
